If you use a printable application, please note that the application deadlines have changed; use the deadlines posted on the home page.

We do not accept emailed of faxed or hand delievered applications. Please use the online form or mail in your application with the included documents.

Include proof of 501 (c) 3 status, and other appropriate supporting materials as outlined in the application form.

Towns and Schools are non-profit, No documentation necessary.

Presentation: Please do not submit proposals in plastic covers, binders or sheet protectors, and send only one copy. Photographs or other supporting materials may be included, but please, no videotapes or CD's. Your application should be brief but thorough. Any questions you may call (990-2910)
